How we work

1- Meeting with the customer to fully understand your needs and be able to develop a full brief. In this meeting we also analyze the general location of your space and also where you are respect your concurrence. We deal in depth the main reasons of your participation at the event and we assimilate your company values and corporate identity.

2- We start to design your project and we share with you our first drafts, so you can validate our initial creative style.

3- We develop completely the project and we prepare the technical description and quotation.

4- We deliver the project to the customer and we expose the reasons of the design and chosen materials for its construction. We add all needed changes to the project.

5- We start the manufacturing process in the workshop. We receive and check all graphic files sent by our customer and start to print them.

6- We order, under given autorisation by the customer, all necessary services to the organizer: electrical power, rigging points, taxes, etc.

7- We monitor the set up from the very first day and we also supervise that all additional orders and hired services are all in place.

8- We deliver the project, after a joint check is done, completely finished, clean and ready for the inauguration day.

9- We dismantle the booth and stock all agreed elements.
